Product Feature

Properties of PEEK plastic include high temperature performance, excellent wear properties, superior chemical resistance and outstanding toughness and strength. It also has excellent deformation under load characteristics, a high flexural modulus, and exhibits low smoke and toxic gas emissions when exposed to a flame.
General-purpose grade PEEK is unreinforced and offers the highest elongation and toughness of all PEEK grades. It is a strong and stiff plastic material that is often used in applications where performance at elevated temperatures is required, such as autoclaving. It can be used continuously to 480°F (250°C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties.
